The hall also has a kitchen area to help with catering for special events and also for the use of students and teachers during lessons.
Information and Communication Technologies (ICT's)
The school has made significant investments in ICT's. These investments have been made possible with significant contributions from the school Parents and Citizens Association, the Commonwealth Government through the Investing in Schools scheme, and from the school budget itself.
ICT facilities include a new computer lab for whole class lessons, and a mini-lab in the Resource Centre. Our aim is to provide every classroom within a teaching block, with access to a reliable and stable school network, appropriate ICT furniture and new computer hardware. In addition the school has purchased a number of digital cameras for use by students and teachers to help integrate ICT's into the curriculum.
In 2008, it is anticipated that the school network coverage will extend to all PREP facilities enabling access to the school network and internet.
